Minutes - MMTA General Business Meeting   November 12, 1999   President Bill Brown called the annual general business meeting to order at 1:20 p.m. in the Pike Auditorium at Southwestern Baptist University in Bolivar, Missouri. President Brown welcomed everyone to the 1999 MMTA Convention and introduced Gary Ingle, Executive Director of MTNA. It was moved, seconded, and passed (MSP) to accept the minutes from the November 6, 1998, meeting as printed in the February, 1999, NOTES. MSP to accept the treasurer's report as presented by Lynda Quistorff. NEW BUSINESS: Gary Ingle extended greetings from MTNA President Joan M. Reist and the Board of Directors. He encouraged members to communicate with the National headquarters. The web address is: www.MTNA.org. President Brown announced that the MMTA web site is up and running. The address is: www.MissouriMTA.org . The convention site for 2000 has not yet been found. Members will be notified in the MMTA NOTES when more information is available.
