The Piano Faculty of the Conservatory of Music & Dance, The University of Missouri-Kansas City invites High School Juniors to present a "trial" Piano Audition.

Students currently in Grade 11 will have the opportunity to:

• Perform a sample audition and receive valuable comments from members of the piano faculty
• Learn how to prepare for a college career in music
• Receive information on the UMKC admissions process, music scholarships and financial aid
• Tour our facilities

Audition Repertoire:

• A solo piano work of your choice

You do not need to bring an extra copy of your music for the faculty.

Tentative Schedule:

1:00 p.m. Check-In at Grant Hall
1:15 p.m. Meet the Piano Faculty
1:30 p.m. Question/Answer session with current piano majors
2:00 p.m. Individual auditions begin. Students will receive their audition times upon check-in.
3:00 p.m. Organized tours of Grant Hall and the Performing Arts Center
