Participants must check in at the Auditions Table in the lobby of the Potter Fine Arts Building 30 minutes prior to their audition time. Students should know their audition I.D. number. 3. Judges copies of the audition pieces will be examined as part of the check-in process. a) NO xeroxed copies allowed! b) Measures must be numbered c) The music should be clean of marks although fingerings, pedalings, bowings and translations of terms or texts are allowed d) Any names written on the music must be covered or erased prior to check-in 4. Some practice rooms will be available. However, due to the large enrollment, there will be a time limit for each room. 5. Ratings will be posted in the lobby of Potter, and announcements will be made there. 6. Links to directions, maps and accommodations can be found at http://www.missourimta.org/convention.html . 7. The 2003 Winners Recital will be held on Sunday, November 7th in the auditorium. This is always a highlight of the convention. Please encourage your students to attend.
